Happy 2nd Birthday Acadia Gray Stewart OCT.1, 2012

Our precious Acadia...I am posting today so you will wake up to this on your birthday.

    In her element at the beach, discovering crabs, picking up rocks and shells, she loves the beach, the             water and everything else that goes along with it. Even the journey there.

Could this be a sign of what is to come? Acadia, you love my missionary name tag and have always pulled it off since you were a tiny baby and wanted to put it on YOU. It looks good on you Acadia.

            And then came Rainy Shirin Stewart...and your world changed forever...for the good.

 Now you have a sister to play with and share some fun with. Rainy loves you Acadia, she lights up and watches your every move when you come into the room or when she hears your voice. You two will be best friends. You are such a lovely and wonderful big sister to Rainy. I love you dear.

 This is you at ONE of your FAVORITE PLACES....let's "go to IKEA", is something you always say, along with "track, go to track". The track/soccer field across the street and kitty- corner from your home, where you love to run and tumble and walk in the dirt or do forward rolls on the fake grass. You are a natural athlete.

 And here you are with your family on your very first official outing a few days after Rainy was born. We walked up to the Proctor Farmers Market just a few blocks from your house on a beautiful Sat. Your daddy bought some beautiful flowers for your mommy and I bought blueberries.

   Look at those profiles. Do you think you look like your daddy or your mommy or both? Always having fun with dada.

 Mommy reading to you as she always does. I love this picture of you. Your eyes are so clear and beautiful. And I love your babah, the pink one. How is the tip of that babah looking these days?

At the beach, you and I were searching for rocks. Not just any old rock but beautiful stones. Smooth stones to throw into the water. And we found tiny stones you stuck into the holes in the log behind you.
