Being one of the newer members of the Cannon family I had some observations of each one of you from this trip I felt impressed to share.
You’ll probably see this first part is about Emy and might be grossed out and not want to read more...read on I say. First of all, Emy rocks the house. She is the best wife to me and does a superb job of making me feel needed and important. She is by far my biggest cheerleader, best friend, she knows me better than any other person, and her positive encouragement motivates me to be a better person. She has already proven herself a wonderful mother to our dear Andi. How can I not be a good husband with her by my side?
I’m grateful to Dane for his patience. I really don't know how I could have survived in a home surrounded by so many women. I’ve observed how most of the time he seems to take a back seat to the girls and I think the way he’s handled it is admirable. He shows his sisters he loves them in his own creative way. He is a good example to me of being accepting of everyone and reminding me that there are two sides to every issue.
Our sweet Hermana Libby. Libby is refreshingly carefree and always makes sure none of us take ourselves too seriously. One thing I’ve always appreciated about Libby is how she is so caring and goes out of her way to include everyone.
And Shwynnhead. I think Wynn is the resident good-listener of the family. She pays very good attention to what people say. She courageously stands up for what she thinks is right. I like how thoughtful she is and how she tries to learn for herself what is right and do it.
The Mama is so good at trying to anticipate what others think/want and being a step ahead in serving their needs. She is so service-minded and always puts the needs of the brats over her own. Mom is one the most thoughtful people on earth.
Certainly not least is dear Dad. Adjectives that come to mind are patient, loving, temperate, humble, insightful. He exemplifies quiet dignity to me as he goes about serving others. Almost every act he does is in benefit of someone else and I’ll always think of him when I read the phrase “seeketh not [his] own” (Moroni 7:45). He is truly one of the most selfless men I know.
I love you guys so much. I love learning from you and watching yours lives unfold before you.

Oh honey you're going to make me cry!! Thank you for all your kind words to all of us. And now, some about you:
He has brought me more happiness than I ever imagined was possible. He has taught me with patience and care and led our home as a worthy and loving priesthood leader. His good example stands for all of us and especially me. I am so grateful for the love and attention to the Cannon side of our family and the interest he takes in each of your lives. He really does consider each of you as his own siblings and parents. He is such a good man. I will save the rest of the goo for Ben when he comes home from lunch! I love you honey.

Your cheerfulness is not feigned, you are naturally happy, and it is hard not to feel that way around you. Thank You.
